This driver card is designed for 16‑pole BLDC ceiling fans. Fan speed depends on the formula: Speed (RPM) = 120 × Frequency ÷ Poles. If your fan has more than 16 poles → speed will be lower. If your fan has less than 16 poles (e.g., 12) → speed will be higher, it will draw extra power, and may trip due to overload protection. ⚠️ In such cases: Fan runs normally at speeds 1, 2, 3, 4. May trip at speeds 5, 6, and Boost. Example: Speed “4” may feel like “6”, and fan may trip at “5” or above. ✅ Please ensure your fan is a 16‑pole model, or operate it only at speeds where it does not trip. ************************************************************************************************************** 🟩 BLDC पंखे के उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए महत्वपूर्ण सूचना यह ड्राइवर कार्ड खास तौर पर 16 पोल BLDC सीलिंग फैन के लिए बनाया गया है। पंखे की स्पीड इस फॉर्मूले पर निर्भर करती है: स्पीड (RPM) = 120 × फ़्रीक्वेंसी ÷ पोल अगर आपके पंखे में 16 से ज़्यादा पोल हैं → स्पीड कम होगी। अगर पोल 16 से कम हैं (जैसे 12) → स्पीड ज़्यादा होगी, पंखा ज़्यादा बिजली खींचेगा, और ओवरलोड प्रोटेक्शन के कारण ट्रिप हो सकता है। ⚠️ ऐसी स्थिति में: पंखा स्पीड 1, 2, 3, 4 पर ठीक चलेगा। 5, 6 और बूस्ट पर ट्रिप करना शुरू कर सकता है। उदाहरण: स्पीड “4” पर ही पंखा “6” जैसी स्पीड देगा और “5” या उससे ऊपर पर ट्रिप हो जाएगा। ✅ कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका पंखा 16 पोल वाला हो, या फिर उसे केवल उन्हीं स्पीड पर चलाएँ जहाँ वह ट्रिप न करे।
