  • Yes, all products come with the required manuals and accessories unless otherwise specified.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Q: Do you ship outside India?

  • Currently, we ship across India. For bulk or international orders, please contact us at brajsugandh@gmail.com.

Q: How can I track my order?

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Q: What is your return policy?

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in resaleable condition with all accessories and manuals intact.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

Q: When will I get my refund?

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

  • For a faster delivery, We Prefer Direct bank transfer to our company’s current account details given on bottom of home page. We also accept secure online payments through trusted gateways installed on ours website. Sensitive payment details are not stored.

Q: Will I be charged extra for shipping?

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Some promotions may include free shipping, especially orders value more than Rs. 1000/-

Warranty:

Q1. How long is the warranty valid? The warranty period is clearly mentioned on the product, listing, or invoice (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 years from the date of purchase).

Q2. How can I claim warranty? To claim warranty, please send the following to brajsugandh@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9996025302:

  • A copy of your invoice

  • Photos or video showing the problem with the product

Q3. What is not covered under warranty? Warranty will not apply if the product is:

  • Misused or overloaded

  • Damaged due to water penetration

  • Physically damaged

Q4. What should I do when a problem arises? Contact us immediately. After our confirmation, send the product to our warehouse address (mentioned on our website) on a freight-paid basis.

Q5. What happens after I send the product? We will examine the product and decide whether to:

  • Repair it

  • Replace it

  • Refund on a pro-rata basis (if repair/replacement is not possible)

Q6. How does pro-rata refund work? Example: If the product cost is β‚Ή2000 with a 2-year warranty and the issue arises after 1 year, you will receive a refund of β‚Ή1000.

Q7. Will GST be refunded? No. GST paid to the Government cannot be refunded.
