Warranty Procedure – Braj Sugandh Power Solution

Applicability: Warranty will be applicable as specified on the product, listing, or invoice (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 years from the date of purchase).

How to Claim Warranty: Send the following details to our email brajsugandh@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9996025302:

1. Invoice copy

2. Product photos/videos showing the problem

Important Notes:

• Warranty will not be applicable in cases of misuse, overload, water penetration, or physical damage.

• You must contact us immediately if a problem arises. After our confirmation, send the product to our warehouse address (as mentioned on our website) on a freight-paid basis.

• We will examine the product and repair or replace it at our discretion.

• If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund on a pro-rata basis.

  • Example: If product cost is ₹2000 with a 2-year warranty and the issue arises after 1 year, refund will be ₹1000.

• GST paid to the Government cannot be refunded.
