Return and Refund policy

At Braj Sugandh Power Solution, we strive to provide you with the highest quality battery pack, accessories and consumable. We understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. This Return and Refund policy outlines the guidelines for returning products and seeking refunds.

• Return Eligibility:
  Due to the nature of our products, returns are allowed only if the wrong item is supplied, i.e., an item other than what was mentioned in the product listing. We apologize for any inconvenience caused but cannot accept returns for other reasons such as Not suitable of use, order placed by mistake, changed my mind etc.
• Notification and Timeframe:
  If you receive a wrong item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. Kindly send us an email at help@brajsugandh.in  along with a photo or video showcasing the issue you encountered. This evidence will help us understand the problem better and expedite the resolution process.
• Approval and Return Process:
  Once we receive your email with the necessary information and evidence, we will review your request Within 2 business days. If the issue is verified and approved by our team, we will arrange the courier for pick up the material from your doorstep. We will also provide you with instructions and return courier label by email.  Please take printout of label and paste it on the box.  Please note that the returned item must be unused, without any soldering and scratches, and in its original packaging with invoice, manual, cables, accessories etc supplied to you.  
• Refund Process:
  Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued within 3 days using the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  If we determine that the wrong or damaged item was supplied, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is requested for reasons other than our mistake, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
• Address for Return:
  We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address once your return request has been approved. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure the return is processed smoothly.
