Warrantee:

Warrantee will be applicable if specified on Product listing/ Invoice etc.

To claim warrantee, you should register your product by sending following details to our email brajsugandh@gmail.com

1. Invoice copy.
2. Product use e.g. if you purchased a 12V6Ah battery, you should mentioned vehicle details on which battery will be used..
3. Warrantee will not be applicable for misused, overload, water penetration, Physical damage of the product.
4. You have to contact us immediately if problem arises in product and after our confirmation, you have to send product to our warehouse address as mention on our website, fright paid basis.
5. We will examine and Repair, Replace the product as per our discretion.
6. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund you on prorate basis e.g. If battery cost is Rs 2000/- with 2 year warrantee and problem arises within 6 months, we will refund you Rs. 1500/- after deducting one way shipping charges and taxes we have paid to Govt.
